Role of man in modern production
The agenda of the Innovative Manufacturing Forum. IndustryTech’s spring edition will touch on the necessary role of man in industry. An aware employee, no matter in which department they work, must be open and ready for innovative changes that drive the business. Challenges faced by the human resources department in the perspective of economy 4.0 is a current issue worth deep discussion. It is also worth looking into the future and thinking about what competencies will be needed by employees in the perspective of current changes. Considering only the cost, it is easier to keep several employees and pay for the expensive, innovative machine. Looking at the new face of industry, one cannot overlook the role of man, which is an important link in modern business.
On the road to progress
At the Innovative Manufacturing Forum. IndustryTech there will be conversations on the newest trends, chances and possibilities in the sector, but also about the technological vanguard. All this to inspire the management staff of production companies that wants to be competitive on the European market and also outside of it. The entire business is now changing in a way that facilitates the implementation of innovative solutions. What prevents organisations from changing is often the mentality of the staff. The increase in electricity prices and the management staff’s lack of knowledge may also be concerns for the automation of production. Another problem may be the lack of ability to assess the effectiveness of robotics. During the Innovative Manufacturing Forum. IndustryTech, there will certainly be no lack of examples of companies that have dared to switch to the digital side. How did they manage it, what obstacles did they encounter and what profit did they achieve from it?
