Last few years of development of the world economy are perfectly characterized by the four fast-spreading phenomenons. These are: ongoing globalization, increasing innovation, trade liberalization and thereby constantly boosting competitiveness. Industrial manufacturing is the pillar of competitiveness of economies and serves to build a lasting and based on stable foundations growth. In this situation it is necessary to develop new solutions in order to help optimize manufacturing processes and improve the domestic market position of companies. The answer for these challenges is the Innovative Manufacturing Forum, which will be held on 13th-14th April 2016 at the Westin Warsaw Hotel. The event is organized by MM Conferences S.A.
During the Forum we will focus on crucial elements that determine the business success of production companies: optimization of manufacturing processes and operating costs, efficient structure and human resources management, focus on quality.
