On the 17th of December 2018, the Advisory Board Meeting of the 7th Innovative Manufacturing Forum. IndustryTech. took place.
The new, refreshed formula of the event was created while keeping the current changes in the market leading to more automation and digitisation in mind. The development of technological innovations forces changes in the entire economy, including manufacturing companies. These changes will be reflected on during the spring edition of the Innovative Manufacturing Form. IndustryTech, which was created by members of the Advisory Board, supervised by Dariusz Piotrowski, Director General of DELL EMC.
The substantive, lively discussions led to the conclusion, that it is not necessary to introduce more and more automation in order to achieve a modern production company. The agenda of the event’s spring edition will also touch on the important role of humans in industry. An aware worker, regardless of the department in which they work, must be open and ready for innovative changes which drive business. Challenges faced by the human resources department in the perspective of Economy 4.0 is a current issue worth deep discussion. The most important things in running a company is business and real income, not spectacular projects. Speakers at the congress will also want to talk about current issues and material issues. Looking at the budget which large companies have, the majority of resources are designated for IT development. Topics throughout the sector will be present in the agenda of the 7th Innovative Manufacturing Forum. IndustryTech. During the panels, the experts will decide on the role of marketing, especially while entering European markets and becoming pioneers of the production sector. Family businesses and large corporations will also be brought together. All these issues will be gathered in a slightly refreshed formula of short speeches and fire chats.
There’ll also be no lack of bold questions connected with fears regarding the automation of production company. Does it affect the mentality of the managerial staff, electricity prices or lack of knowledge? There will certainly be plenty of inspiration and the latest trends at the Innovative Manufacturing Forum. IndustryTech.
The substantive conversations at the round tables will also be continued. This is a formula in which experts meet with participants from a given field. The small group allows the discussion of issues that production encounters on a daily basis. This and many more important topics will be touched on during the agenda of the 7th Innovative Manufacturing Forum. IndustryTech., which will be presented in full shortly.
