Unlike the classical congress, this formula allows interaction between participants, creates space for a direct exchange of thoughts and experiences. Each table is chaired by a host who is an expert in a given field. At each of the tables there is an in-depth discussion on current, key topics in the retail industry. It’s an idea that introduces some dynamism and the possibility of integration and networking between participants.
The sessions are divided into two 55-minute rounds. Participants choose one of the thematic tables in each round. After the time elapses, the participants change tables.
